PHOENIX, AZ (July 8, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department confirmed that a man suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on 35th Avenue on June 9.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Van Buren Street around 8:35 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle hit the pedestrian in the lanes.
As a result, officers responded and found the man with serious injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The driver who hit the man remained at the scene of the crash.
