SAN JOSE, CA (December 19, 2022) — A woman died following a car crash on Pomona Avenue and Alma Avenue on Tuesday, December 13.

In a tweet posted by the San Jose Police Department Media Relations, the fatal collision involved two unspecified vehicles.

Authorities did not disclose the details leading up to the incident but confirmed that a woman needed urgent medical attention.

Respondents rendered aid and transported the female patient to an area hospital for treatment of major injuries. However, she later died.
