Pedestrian Killed by Hit-and-Run Vehicles in Accident on LBJ Freeway in Dallas
DALLAS, TX (November 1, 2022) – Police confirmed the death of a woman following a pedestrian accident on LBJ (635) Freeway on October 29.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Webb Chapel Road.
Based on a report, officers with the Dallas Police Department said the victim was in the far-left lane of the freeway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, at least two vehicles hit her.
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Officials did not yet release her name, pending kin notification.
The drivers of the vehicles involved did not remain on scene.
