Tanisha Massengale and Martin Massengale Arrested after Tucson Pedestrian Accident

 
TUCSON, AZ (May 16, 2023) — Officers arrested Martin Massengale and Tanisha Massengale after they struck a pedestrian on Sunday, May 14.
 
According to the Tucson Police Department, the incident occurred at around 3:45 p.m. on South San Antonio Drive near South Mission Road. The suspects struck an adult man using a vehicle after some kind of confrontation.
 
Both of them did not remain at the scene after the incident.
 
Police arrested 55-year-old Martin Massengale. He faces charges of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument and aggravated assault with serious physical injuries. In addition, he will also face charges for failing to remain at the scene of a serious physical accident.
 
Officers also arrested 34-year-old Tanisha Massengale. She faces charges of aggravated assault with serious physical injuries. Additionally, she also faces charges of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument.
 
Officers booked both suspects into Pima County Jail.
 
Authorities have not released the extent of the injuries of the victim.
