TUCSON, AZ (April 13, 2023) – The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is now looking for a hit-and-run driver involved in a pedestrian accident on Houghton Road on April 7.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at Hawk Hill Lane about 6:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, officers found the pedestrian unconscious on the side of the road. They had injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle.
 
Subsequently, crews transported the victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
Detectives are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect or suspect vehicle in this case.
