LOS ANGELES, CA (February 21, 2023) – Officers are looking for a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Century Boulevard on February 20.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Figueroa Street around 2:40 AM. Based on a report, a homeless man was walking in the middle of the street outside of a crosswalk at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck him and left the scene.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries in the incident. First responders from the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
Police described the suspect’s vehicle as a dark-colored sedan. The suspect is wanted by the police.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
