Robbery Suspect Daniel Perez Involved in Accident on West Beauregard Avenue in San Angelo

 
SAN ANGELO, TX (February 28, 2025) – The San Angelo Police Department arrested 24-year-old Daniel Perez following an accident on West Beauregard Avenue on February 19.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at North Abe Street. Based on a report, police dispatched officers to a possible robbery involving Perez on the east side of the city.
 
It resulted in a vehicle pursuit that led to a collision with another car at the intersection.
 
As a result, the driver of the other vehicle sustained non-incapacitating injuries. Emergency crews transported the victim to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.
 
Officers arrested Perez for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading in a motor vehicle. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
