Ashten Keller Dead in Arlington Head-On Crash
ARLINGTON, WA (February 27, 2025) — 20-year-old Ashten Keller, of Lake Stevens, died in a head-on crash on Tuesday, February 25.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash happened on Highway 530 near 251st Place Northeast just after 7:00 a.m.
WSP said a black Ford Ranger driven by Keller traveled east on Highway 530. Meanwhile, the driver of a white Ford 550 moved west on Highway 530. After that, troopers said the Ford Ranger crossed the centerline and hit the other vehicle head-on.
Emergency responders pronounced Keller dead at the scene.
Authorities have not released details about the occupants of the second vehicle.
Officers fully closed Highway 530. They diverted the westbound traffic to 115th Street and rerouted eastbound vehicles to Arlington Heights Road.
The investigation into what caused the crash is still underway.
